2. Description of Services

Dima M3ak Psy provides online psychological support and therapy services via video or telephone sessions. These services are not intended to replace emergency medical consultation.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your login information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Payments for sessions must be made before the session begins. Our cancellation policy states that a cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dima M3ak Psy and its therapists shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, beyond the cost of the provided session.
